- 2 tablespoons of bilberry powder

a refreshing breakfast that’s loaded with goodness and provides 2 of your 5 a day. this super simple bilberry bliss makes in fact a perfect meal any time of the day and is guaranteed to fill you up.
we prepared this without frozen berries and used natural yoghurt. it’s so thick and oozy we enjoyed it with a spoon but you can add a bit of milk (cow, almond, oat… as you wish) to make it a satisfying smoothie. we’re in love with the full, natural bilberry flavour but you can add some honey to sweeten. berrific!
