this smoothie is great for a morning pick me up and to up the nutritional value Malin from Good Eatings blog added some oats and nut butter to get that extra bit of protein and some healthy fats too. we hope you guys will give it a whizz, we’re sure you’ll love it as much as we do.
- 1 banana
- heaped 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 2-5 tbsp oats (after preference)
- 1/2 tbsp cashew butter
- 1-2 tsp lingonberry powder
- 1/2 cup coconut water
place all the ingredients in a high speed blender and pulse a few times, then let it whizz for about 30 seconds. pour into a glass and that’s it really!
