Bettina is a qualitifed nutritionist based in marbella, spain with international clientele. she’s passionate about food with all the recipes vegan, gluten free and sugarfree. these bites had an extra sprinkle of lingonberry powder adding a tart taste that cuts off the sweetness of the chocolate. it’s bursting with heart friendly resveratrol, too. making your healthy treats really isn’t that hard!
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- vanilla pod
- splash of agave or maple syrup
- tiny pinch of himalayan salt (the purest salt there is)
- 1 tbs coconut oil
- 1 tbs cranberry powder
mix and make small balls out and refrigerate so that they harden and are easier to coat.
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 2 tbs agave or date syrup
- 2-3 tbs 100% cacao powder
melt all on medium heat and coat the coconut bites.
