
this simple blueberry smoothie recipe has an additional antioxidant boost from our lingonberry powder. the flax adds filling fibre and omega 3 whilst the lemon juice and ginger give it some zing!
ingredients (serves 1):
- half a banana
- handful of blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- 260ml almond milk
- 1 teaspoon lingonberry powder
- 1 teaspoon ground flax
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
place all items in blender, and blend until smooth. if you like to garnish your smoothies, top with extra blueberries, almond flakes and lemon.
optional: a small handful of spinach for an extra nutrient boost, though it will turn your smoothie a muddy colour.
